Arizona KidsCare
KidsCare is for Arizona children up to 19 years old. Eligible families must have income within published income guidelines. The eligible child must be a resident of Arizona and a U.S. Citizen. Some qualified immigrants are eligible. Eligible children cannot have other health insurance.
KidsCare covers preventive care as wells major medical services
- Routine physical exams
- Basic dental
- Eye exams and glasses
- Hearing exams and hearing aids
- Office visits
- In-Patient hospital services
- Prescription drugs
- X-Ray and diagnostic lab
- Ambulance
Premiums per child range from $10 to $25 per month. Families with several children will not pay more than $35 per month. There are also nominal co-payments for prescriptions and office visits.
Kids Care membership renews annually.
