Children of the lowest income families will be enrolled in the Medicaid program. Other members are enrolled in Health Choice. Medicaid members will pay for some out-of-pocket costs for covered services, but annual costs will not exceed 5% of the total family income. For higher income families, there are minimal co-payments for doctor's visits and prescription drugs. There are no premiums.
