Plans
- Plan A - $500 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
- Plan B - $1,000 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
- Plan C - $1,500 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
- Plan D - $2,500 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
- Plan E - $5,000 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
- Plan F - $7,500 deductible, 30% in-network coinsurance and 50% out-of-network
Eligibility:
Applicants must be an Kansas resident for 60 days or more and meet one of the following requirements:
- Health Eligibility: Declined for health insurance in Kansas by two health insurance carriers, or health insurance was offered with benefit exclusions for pre-existing conditions, health insurance was offered at a higher rate than a similar KHIA plan.
- HIPAA Eligibility: applicant had 18 months of continuous group health insurance, less than 63 days since coverage terminated, and COBRA option is exhausted is available.
