  • $500 deductible with 20% coinsurance after deductible
  • Offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina

Eligibility

  • South Carolina resident for 30 days or more
  • Declined for private health insurance due to pre-existing medical condition, or
  • Offered individual health insurance with an exclusion for a a pre-existing medical condition for 12 months or more, or
  • Offered coverage at a premium higher than 150% of the SCHIP premium
