Most People Satisfied with their Health Insurance Plans
The Consumer Reports September 2007 issue, contains the results of a survey of over 37,000 people with health insurance. Between May 2005 and April 2006, the subjects reported their satisfaction on issues like choice of and access to doctors, quality of care, billing and administration, and claims processing.Two thirds of those surveyed were either "very satisfied" or "fairly satisfied".
